“My husband and I decided to put our house on the market after 25 years of living in it. We had remodeled the house throughout the years and felt that it was in show condition for sale. Our real estate agent, Nicholas Wallace, came to the house to look at it and recommended that we use Blondie Incorporated Design to stage and prepare the house for sale. He mentioned that staging a house will attract buyers and potentially help sell the house quicker. My husband and I agreed to this and Diana Jorgensen, the owner of Blondie Incorporated Design, came over and assessed our entire home and backyard area. She noticed immediately our personal home style and worked to improve upon what we already had in the house. I immediately like Diana because of her energy, her visions that she would speak out loud as she walked through the house with us, and her willingness to incorporate our style into the staging process. Several pieces of our furniture items were removed to open up the house and she brought in very tasteful and classy furniture in its place. She recommended that we update our kitchen by changing the color of the cabinets and adding hardware to the doors. The effect was amazing. I had no idea that simple color changes could make such an impact on the look and feel of our home. What was extremely helpful with Diana was that she has many connections to contractors, handyman/woman, painters and electricians. We paid a fraction of the cost to have our kitchen done, and repairs made throughout the house. We literally saved thousands and thousands of dollars because of her network of people she has at her fingertips. Diana was extremely attentive to how the house and updating process was coming along. She was at our house numerous times making sure everything was just right prior to going on the market. Our house went on the market and sold within two days for well over asking price. I attributed the increase in price for our home directly to the design that Diana had planned out for the home. She completely transformed the feel of the place into something people would want to buy and picture themselves living in. I would highly recommend her services because she is so completely gifted in design, very professional, extremely attentive to detail and your needs, and again very well connected to contractors in our area. We have purchased a new home and will be hiring Diana to help us decorate and do furniture placement for the new home.
